柔佛佰樂泰廣場高樓民宿 (Paradigm Mall Highfloor Johor with Netflix and TV Box)

The place is a total disappointment. You will be provided with 2 beds, 1 dirty, full-of-stains sofa, a worn-out dinning table, some plastic chairs and stools, 2 filthy futons and simple linens and some very basic furniture and that is about it…totally not as advertised (On 訂房網站 it says the apartment is elegantly decorated with luxury amenities.) Not only that it is everything opposite form how it’s described, we had ants infestation, malfunction water heater, clogged drain, broken faucet and toilet seat. The curtains were old and dirty and the fixtures are very dated and not well kept. We asked to change the room but were rejected. The service team did sent repairman the next day but it was also a hassle to match the time. Also the apartment needs a card key to go in and out of every door and elevator. We are a family of 4 but only given 1 key. We asked for another one but the request is declined. It was super inconvenient as we always need to move together or accompany another member in and out, up and down the elevator. This is definitely not worth the time and money and we do hope the landlord sees the review and improve the condition before renting out again.

While the location is good, this particular unit is hands down the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Sparse, ultra simple and low quality furniture, dirty kitchen cutleries that I would never use, towel bedsheets and pillow that have a smell. Lesspn learned - you pay cheap you get cheaper things. Luckily it is only for an overnight stay. Next morning left as early as we could.

Номер очень сильно изношен, стены исцарапаны, шторы очень грязные,ванные комнаты остались с чужими волосами, посуда вся недомыта, пластик, ржавчины и грибок почти везде. Не смогли сразу подключить вай фай, телевизор звук так и не смогли настроить, дети были крайне настроены. Расположение нормальное,

Customer Service is good and online anytime/ fast reply and solve problem

Air cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene
